Board Member
Dr. Lewis Meltz brings over 40 years of clinical and academic experience to his role as a board member at MedXPrime. A Board-Certified Chiropractor, he has spent decades in private practice and teaching, with past faculty appointments at Southern California University of Health Sciences and Cleveland Chiropractic College – Los Angeles.
His deep understanding of clinical workflows and provider challenges makes him an invaluable resource in guiding MedXPrime’s provider-centered strategy. Dr. Meltz has also served as a Subject Matter Expert in Law and Ethics for the California Department of Consumer Affairs and has testified in over 90 jury trials as an expert witness, bringing a unique legal and regulatory perspective to our board.
In addition to his clinical leadership, Dr. Meltz is a passionate advocate for evidence-based care and hosts the podcast “100 Ways to Better Health.” His insight ensures MedXPrime’s solutions align with the real-world needs of providers, bridging the gap between quality care and optimized reimbursement.

Client - Corporate Liaison
With over two decades of experience in customer service, sales, and wellness advocacy, Lori Wadhwa brings a rare blend of professionalism, empathy, and solution-focused support to her role as Client–Corporate Liaison at MedXPrime. Her career began in corporate travel and marketing with a major airline, where she worked with Fortune 500 clients and led initiatives that enhanced brand presence and customer engagement.
Lori went on to hold leadership roles in national wellness and direct sales organizations, where she became known for her ability to motivate teams, lead cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a trusted bridge between field representatives and executive leadership. She coordinated large-scale events, managed executive travel, and developed strategic communication channels that improved companywide alignment and performance.
At MedXPrime, Lori now serves as a vital point of connection between healthcare providers and internal operations. She facilitates clear communication, supports client onboarding and service delivery, and assists with ongoing project needs, including invoicing and special initiatives. Known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and deep commitment to service, Lori is passionate about creating smooth, positive experiences for both clients and colleagues.

Founder & CEO
Born on the island of Mauritius to an Indian diplomat, Sunil Wadhwa moved to San Francisco in 1970 and has called Northern California home ever since. Originally pursuing a career in aviation, he studied Aeronautical Engineering and earned his Commercial Pilot’s License before discovering his true passion for business. Over the past 40 years, Sunil has built, led, and advised successful ventures across multiple industries, serving in executive roles such as CEO, President, and consultant.
Sunil is widely recognized for his 35-year career in the direct selling industry, where he earned national acclaim for his leadership, sales strategy, and ability to inspire high-performing teams. He has trained thousands of professionals, built large-scale sales organizations, and spoken nationally as a motivational speaker. His expertise spans business development, operational systems, marketing, and leadership—offering a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution.
As the Founder & CEO of MedXPrime Revenue Recovery (mr2), Sunil leads a company dedicated to helping medical practices recover lost revenue and streamline ongoing billing. Under his leadership, mr2 has grown rapidly, including a strategic partnership in 2025 that expanded access to over 21,000 healthcare providers. Known for thinking outside the box and taking decisive action, Sunil remains committed to empowering practices with smart, effective revenue solutions that drive real results.

Operations Manager, Partner
Originally from Michigan, Emily moved to California in 2018 and joined MedXPrime the same year. With a background in healthcare, including three years as a hospital nurse tech, she brings firsthand insight into the clinical side of care. Although she was accepted into nursing school, Emily chose instead to pursue an opportunity in the business side of healthcare with MedXPrime, where she started as an administrative assistant and steadily worked her way up to Partner and Operations Manager.
In her current role, Emily oversees MedXPrime’s national and international teams and serves as a direct liaison to clients, ensuring strong communication, smooth onboarding, and proactive issue resolution. She is deeply committed to building lasting personal relationships with the providers MedXPrime supports, earning their trust not just through results, but through genuine partnership and day-to-day responsiveness.
Emily’s unique blend of healthcare experience, operational leadership, and people-first mindset allows her to align strategy with execution. She’s known for creating scalable systems, improving practice efficiency, and helping providers recover more of what they’ve earned, with a level of dedication and care that clients truly value.
